• This staycation package is redeemable only at Sunway Clio Hotel/Sunway Pyramid Hotel and at Sunway Lagoon
• Confirmation of room is subject to availability
• Hotel check-in is at 3:00 pm
• Hotel checkout is at 12:00 pm
• This package is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and not applicable with other ongoing offers, events, and/or promotions
• If the property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, the property will undertake to relocate guests to a comparable alternate hotel property at its absolute discretion with no additional cost to the guest
• If the alternative offered to the guest is of standards higher other than those provided under these terms and conditions, the guest will be required to pay any price difference
• 1-day admission tickets to Sunway Lagoon will be issued upon check-in based on the number of guests in a room (not more than 2 adults)
• The Sunway Lagoon tickets include entry to all parks, including all rides, activities, and attractions within the theme park
• The tickets do not apply to pay-per-ride activities, such as Bungy Jump, G-Force X, and Go Kart
• Sunway Lagoon is closed on Tuesdays, except for public and school holidays
• By visiting Sunway Lagoon, you voluntarily assume an elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in a public space
• As part of the property's "Play With Confidence" safety procedures, maintain social distancing
• Guests must wear face masks while in the park
• With the purchase and/or use of the online tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions and general rules and regulations of Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Clio Hotel, and Sunway Pyramid Hotel
• Redeem the animal feeding kit only at Rimba
• The staycation package includes prevailing service tax, where applicable
